Who we are...

Graves Property Management has a well-trained staff of property managers, maintenance personnel, and accountants.  That's why homeowners associations throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth depend on us to help manage their communities professionally.  We take pride in our ability to maintain residential properties while doing our best to uphold property value and resident satisfaction.  We have created relationships with qualified vendors, including painters, roofers, electricians, HVAC, plumbers, and more.

Graves Property Management serves as the middle man between the HOA members and the HOA board.  We focus on the day to day needs of each community addressing resident requests and providing weekly reports to the board.  Our services allow the HOA board members the abiltiy to focus on the future of the HOA while we focus on monthly and yearly budgets, interview potential vendors, repair requests, receive vendor bids, bookkeeping, CC&R enforcement, filing of liens, legal proceedings, and yearly tax reporting performed by our in-house CPA.

• 24 hour answering service to maintain quality communication
• 1099 and year end statements
• Court appearances on behalf of owner
• HOA site touring 2 to 4 times per week

Single Tenant Property Owners:

Do you own a single tenant triple net site but live in another area or state?  As a tenant of your site they agreed to manage the property without your assistance, but are you certain your investment is getting the care you would expect?  GPM offers quarterly and six month inspections in which one of our experienced property managers will tour your site, take notes on the conditions, and include in their report photos so you may witness any possible damages or depreciation.
